Pricing  

Pricing is £15 per hour.

  • Note please include set up and take down time in your booking
  • Prefect for kids party. You can be inside or outside with everything you need to hand
  • If its a small simple event or a new idea, then we will help and support you
  • Half day, full day and Scout Camps attract discount too
  • Regular and block bookings will attract discounts

 

Hall and facilities further details

  • The building’s facilities can be hired between 8am and 9pm (Overnight for Scouting Only)
  • Toilets both inside and outside
  • 8 Tables, 8 benches and 60 stacking chairs included
  • 3 outside picnic benches
  • Fire area e.g. for BBQ’s/Fires
  • Wood pile fully stocked (bring starters and small wood to start it)
  • First aid box and accident book
  • Water and Electric usuage is included in the pricing
  • Sound system in main hall (connects direct to your phone via bluetooth)
  • Kitchen facilities - hatch, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker, tea & coffee insulated flasks, and cutlery & plates etc for 40. Plastic jugs and cups

Letting terms - When using the premises, the committee expressly forbids:

  • Any illegal activity
  • Its use for political campaigning or the promotion of extremism
  • Smoking
  • Drug taking
  • Gambling
  • The sale of alcohol
  • The use of any electrical equipment that is not in safe, good working order
  • Bringing animals or birds on to the premises without express permission, except for assistance animals.
  • Naked flames within the building
